Return Policy

We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
  • Personalized, final sale, or clearly marked non-returnable items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or quality issue.

Return Request

To return a product and request a refund, please follow the procedure below:

  • Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product to notify us of your intention to return an item and request a refund.
  • Provide the necessary information, including the order number, product description, and reason for the return.
  • Await confirmation from our customer service to proceed with sending back the returned product.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer.


Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise specified. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days upon receiving the returned product and validating it in accordance with our return policy.


We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for another one, you will need to return the original product in accordance with our return policy and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene, safety reasons, or if they are clearly marked as non-returnable. These items may include, but are not limited to, personal care products, underwear, perishable food items, etc.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will proceed with the refund in accordance with our return policy. The refund will be credited to the account used for the initial purchase.
